I used to love Groupon. They made everything easy. They were fair about returns. There was really no reason not to use them both as a Merchant and as a retail buyer. Their new changes make me not want to use Groupon at all. I have canceled my Merchant account with them because my clients couldnt get a refund if they needed it. I find this to be a totally unfair. Sometimes people make a mistake buying things and Groupon did a 180 in their tolerance. Also I noticed the merchandise they sell is not as good as it used to be. Now you cant even talk to a human. Everything is done on email or text decided by a group of faceless nameless people who can be harsh because they dont have to deal with you face-to-face or phone the phone as it were. Boo to Groupon This is an addendum because Groupon just responded by telling me that they were always trying to improve their service. Thats ludicrous because they just reduced their service by more than 50%. How can you say youre trying to improve anything but your bottom line?
My family loves great deals and exploring new places on a tight budget!!!
I love this app! I have only had one issue with all of the Groupons that I have purchased and I was promptly refunded by Groupon. The deals are awesome.
Only select people get additional emails with additional discount codes....
They have terrible customer service.
The pizza is great and the service is wonderful. The place is clean and decorated comfy. The reason I didnt give it a full 5 star rating is the air conditioning is poor. You can feel the AC upfront and its a got summer day you can feel it very well in the bathroom. The neighborhood is not safe so I will come again many times as a to go customer.
I really enjoy finding new (or just new to me) businesses and activities in my city- and saving money while checking them out!

I like buying through this sight, but the setup can be confusing. I get notices about daily discounts, but the buying process never gives you the chance to enter the discount code. Other sites put items in a shopping cart, then let you checkout. I dont know if this is an iPad issue or a groupon issue.
Ive made several purchases to include books, restaurant coupons, event tickets, bedding, jewelry, etc. and have been pleasantly surprised. The jewelry was a little cheaper than I expected, and I would like to see better quality jewelry, but overall I have no complaints. Of particular value was the childrens biblical books. The quality of the books were excellent. I have two upcoming Groupon trips this month - Tubing on the Delaware River and the Dinosaur spectacular. Looking forward to both.
I havent had any negative experience and so far everything I have purchased I really like.

Groupon is a great app over all. The only thing I would change is to add a link to add to shopping cart instead of just buy. And add the ability to favorite items when logging directly into the app. The only time I can favorite items is when I click a link from a Groupon email.
