In most of my groupon experiences, things have gone smoothly. Its a great way to try new things without spending a fortune. Some vendors are a little shady however when it comes to honoring the Groupon. Ive only had problems when the Groupon is expired. It clearly says the Groupon should be worth the value you paid for it, but some vendors will just tell you that youre beat or theyll give you a discount that is still less than the value you or the person who gifted you the Groupon paid, and thats only after you negotiated with them. My advice is to only buy Groupons when youre planning to use one. Only gift one to somebody when you are sure they will use it. Otherwise, you could just be throwing money out the window. But, on the other hand, use it correctly and itll open up so many great experiences.

I have been using Groupon for years. I have bought goods and used the restaurant deals and I have NEVER been disappointed. Ive always received high quality items at GREAT prices and never a problem at restaurants. I have used Groupon at home and when I travel. It allows me to try restaurants out of town at a great discount. I LOVE IT!!

I was a little skeptical at first but Ive never had a problem or been disappointed with a purchase.

I really like Groupon and the deals you can get through them! I go here first to see if I can save money on an outing or service!

I have been very happy with my experience with Groupon. I do wish there were more deals in my area as most of the deals are far off. Other than that, I have been very happy with the deals I have been able to take advantage of

Very happy with the Groupons that Ive bought. Weve enjoyed great meals at a variety of restaurants and they have all been very gracious about processing the vouchers. Most products Ive bought have been tremendous values and I have been pleased with their quality. There were a few oopsies but Groupon has been good about helping when they can.

Every once in a while I decide its a good idea to "cheat on" my Groupon with another App and I learn my lesson! Reviews are always on point. I have never had a problem with shipping. So far, have loved the merchandise that I have purchased (a lot!) But I am meticulous with reading reviews and descriptions. Also will grab a Groupon to see if I like a place- used it for bowling, glass blowing experience, wine tasting, even laser facial. I will always check for a Groupon before I buy something or go somewhere- LOVE IT!!

Sometimes good bargains but the email spam gets to be too much. Have used Groupon a dozen times or so. Satisfied.

I started using Groupon recently and love it. Saved money on sushi restaurants, hair salon and ordered nice canvas prints.

Dont trust any promo emails they send, they just want you on their site. There will be rules they didnt tell you about and you wont be able to use the coupon. Happens every time.

Some items cant be added to your cart and that is really frustrating because I dont want to have to make 7 different purchases because I want 7 different items. And If Im looking for a specific item even after I search for it I have to sift through other items that dont really have to do with what Im looking for. Also even if I put in to look at items prices lowest first the prices are still mixed.
