Never had a problem with a product or service.

I ordered this item bc I saw same for much more at another retail store. I was never notified that order was still pending after 6 days. Groupon didnt fix the issue. They take too long to ship as a rule and now I have to additional days for reorder to be processed. And what a hassle to deal with when you cant speak to a live person. I may have to reconsider ordering anything from Groupon in the future. This transaction experience is a negative. Minus 3 stars. But they force you to put at least one

I have purchased several items from Groupon and always been happy. Ive also purchased services such as discounted parking and activities while vacationing in other cities! Its always been easy to purchase, sometimes too easy! Happy Customer

Overall I am very pleased with Groupon and havent had any specific issues. My only caution is as with anything buyer beware. You may not get the quality hoped for but the price will typically reflect that. Also some deals are not special or unique and can be found elsewhere with an easier return policy.

I always find things for my family to do during the summer time at great prices with extra discounts!!! Its a great penny saver!

Great app. Saved a lot of $. They need to bring back live telephone operators. Also call restaurants before visiting.

At times my app malfunctions telling me that I can only purchase a particular Groupon one time but I am only trying to make one purchase of the Groupon at the time. Its annoying. Otherwise, I love the local deals and online deals on Groupon. Lots of savings in my opinion.

Terrible customer service. Good if you want to do something like go to a comedy show or an event near by but never buy anything through them. they sell through 3rd party people and when something goes wrong they repeat the same message and do not want to help fix the issue. I practically lost $12 bucks and instead of helping me solve my issue they told me they couldnt do anything, were quick to take my money but didnt lift a finger to help me get my money back.
