Nothing but good things!

We have had no problems with Groupon. Places that have closed I have called Groupon abt and the credit has shown up on my CC. Products have been exactly as described and enjoyed by all even the great grandson in CA. Now some items I ordered for the pets well I probably should have waited until the ole man got home to order cause they ended up being to little but have always been able to find an animal in family that they fit! So no biggie. But overall they have earned that 5 star review! Love my Groupons!

I have purchased many groupons for things like local services as well as products. Ive also had several issues with merchants and Groupon has always been very helpful in resolving the issue by either providing a complete refund or working with the merchant

I have been using Groupon now for a few years and have so far really had only good experiences when using them. I have been traveling with the family and have purchased and used Groupon for trying new foods in new cities! What a great way to experience a new city :)

Id check the listing when an email would pop up with new items and occasionally found something I needed or wanted at a good price. Simple and hassle-free. Fast forward to now. Groupon? Eh..they still have deals, but you do have to either be meticulous about the item(s) youre looking for or just buy on a whim with no serious expectation of the product. Either way, sometimes youre pleasantly surprised, sometimes youre just kinda like "yeah ok its what I ordered." I havent followed through on a return yet, but when I requested one it was immediately approved. I never returned it. Decided to keep it. Explanation in its review (coffee machine).

For some reason I cant put things in my shopping cart or mark them as favorites. Drives me crazy! Other than that its not a bad deal.
