I have used groupons for a ton of gifts The negative for me is if I want multiple items but in different colors it doesnt let you do it You gave to but and then go back and buy again But service is great and easy with returning

I like Groupon but it is so difficult to sign in. Even after resetting my password 2x and jumping through hoops I still couldnt sign in and must contact customer support. Its very frustrating.

I had to contact Groupon, and they responded with the answer within minutes.

Good luck if you need customer service support. They take their time getting back to you via email. No one to take a call. When the vendor is not responsive and you have no support Groupon is not the answer.

Ive used groupon for quite sometime now. Normally when I can find a deal things are fine. Today there was a Groupon I was interested in but it wasnt very clear how it broke down. I did the customer service chat to get answers quick. For one it wasnt quick at all. And the person helping me didnt even know what they were talking about they couldnt get passed it was a Groupon for 2 or more people but one one person could purchase it. They just kept repeating that it was only valid for one person to use. I felt like I was asking a simple question that should have only taken a few minutes instead the chat was going for 30 they gave me absolutely no help and disconnected the chat. Does not make this app really worth it.

Ive had nothing but positive things to say about Groupon. Ive used them for dining, health and beauty, as well as a variety of events. Not sure where others had issue? Possibly on the other end of the recipient honoring the Groupon? If that is the case, it would not be the fault of them.

Often Groupon informs clients of a code for an additional discount. When one makes a purchase there is no place available to put in the code and one cannot take advantage of it.

Leaving the country in 2 weeks. Purchased products on Groupon. Items delivered where not what I ordered. Now I have to take this to the nearest UPS store to return the wrong product I was sent and rebuy the item hoping that it will come correct before I leave. Shopping online is meant to be convenient not inconvenient.

This app is constantly making false advertisements and its an injustice to the public and to the users of this app. It creates a bad reputation for stores that participate in these false advertisements like Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, CVS, Uber, and many more. Someone with enough capital should file a lawsuit for false advertisement. Im deleting this app and will never use it again!

Very easy to use

Love Groupon from restaurant deals, concerts, county fair and horse race admission tickets to furnitures and bikes. Love the free shipping and convenience of having it delivered to my front door. Thanks Groupon for the variety of items you offer!
