Groupon gives me the courage to try something new because I cant use cost as an excuse. Even with the expired coupons they let you use them to try something else. Love Groupon

I am having constant problems connecting to the app. I always revive an error "waiting for Internet connection". I am 100% connected to the internet.

Ive finally had it with Groupon and this app as well! You can only "Buy" each item you look at... no ability to "add to cart" and continue shopping. So if you want to go back and add more items - say for a coupon code - you cant because the cart wont save it. Wth?!

This site/app really does offer some really great discounts on things I use and enjoy, such as fun places to go, restaurants to eat at, and products.

This company has no idea about customer service. They dont even have it set up so you can cancel your account. Only time they responded with more than the company statement was when I told them I wanted to remove my account. They removed the account, I think. I dont trust this company, I have no way to verify all my information has been removed. Since this company has personal and financial information, it is unsettling how they dont have a way for you to cancel your account. Be aware if you choose to do business with this company or any of the companies that sell on this site. I now wish I never got on this online business. Notice how they reply to everyone who has an issue. Same response, no satisfactory solution.

Ive used Groupon before - its great. But I recently bought a deal and didnt use it. Got an email from Groupon saying I could trade in my expired deal!! Amazing!!

Took kids to Tanked found out it was cheaper to buy the tickets there. Plus they didnt honor 2 of them so it cost me double. A few restaurants we went to in Vegas were out of business, many items are cheaper on Amazon. Also cheap & u get what u pay for.
