Placed an order for something using PayPal like I normally do and have done for all of my other orders. When I checked the status of the order for my shipping info, I noticed the ordered had been canceled. I received no email about this at all. I contacted customer support and they said it was because my credit card couldnt be processed. I responded saying I hadnt used a credit card and asked how to fix it so we could move forward. More than 2 days later, they responded and said I must have a linked credit card for the purchase (of $18 headphones, mind you). I responded and said that Id always used PayPal and never had to use a credit card, so how could I move forward. They never responded.
Goodbye, Groupon. Im not going to deal with the run around.
