I really do love all the awesome things that they have. Wether its sales to things or just items that I just live for, but the shipping has always been a trouble for me. Things sometimes have to be resent or have a long period of shipping dates ? but i still love the app

I love Groupon. I buy all year long and doing all kinds of cool stuff I wouldnt normally do like Pottery class, Wine and Design, concerts, plays, comedy clubs. Introduces you to all different kinds of of new things to do. And when I screw up and buy something by mistake they refunded and cancelled right away.

I purchased a coupon for a body program. When I get to the store, they ask me to pay extra money for some tax. And then I asked them what the price here if I buy in store. Its 50 dollars cheaper than my coupon! Then Why I buy coupons here if its more expensive than in store!?????? So I ask the web to return my money, and the answer is absolutely a No! After 2 or 3 days ur purchased is not returnable. The coupon costumer service offer me to trade in the coupon. And I have 24 hours something to purchase a new coupon.... which means, never get the money back unless you spend them all. :) so be a smart customer. U can call before the purchase.

I like checking out the great savings for golfing with my son! Some deals spark my interest in things I normally wouldnt bother with Ill also use a Groupon deal for something that I was going to do anyway and Ill save some money for use on tips at food places I needed a refund once and the process was pretty simple... Ive purchased several items on Groupon restaurants clothing electronics housewares and I must say Ive had no problems. The items have been as described. If possible I go to the product website and read prior to purchasing.

Hi there. I made a purchase through Groupon using PayPal twice. The purchase was for tickets to the Acrobats of Shanghai located in Branson, MO. The first purchase was made in Aug 12, 2017 before arriving at the show. The second purchase was made after I got to the counter and my tickets were not available. The clerk at the desk clicked on the link in Groupon meant to show a "redeem" link she said. The link did not show a redeem link but showed "buy" again. So Ive done this twice and my account was debited twice. We wound up paying cash at the window for the purchase but my bank account has been debited twice for a total of $160. And we paid $80 cash at the window. So I am out $240 for TWO TICKETS to the Acrobats of Shanghai located in Branson MO. Very disappointed in your service to say the least. Thank You.

Amazing deals and easy to use

Placed an order for something using PayPal like I normally do and have done for all of my other orders. When I checked the status of the order for my shipping info, I noticed the ordered had been canceled. I received no email about this at all. I contacted customer support and they said it was because my credit card couldnt be processed. I responded saying I hadnt used a credit card and asked how to fix it so we could move forward. More than 2 days later, they responded and said I must have a linked credit card for the purchase (of $18 headphones, mind you). I responded and said that Id always used PayPal and never had to use a credit card, so how could I move forward. They never responded. Goodbye, Groupon. Im not going to deal with the run around.

Groupon doesnt care about their customers. All they want is your money and gives you a guy over a chat that is unresponsive and unhelpful!! Go to Macys or other companies and spend the extra $10, at least they will treat you like a valued customer. I spoke to a guy named German and he was terrible, never had a company not care about their service like this.

I love Groupon , I always check it whenever I need something and/or wanna do something . 9/10 they always have what I want . Also I learned of your Groupon expires they will give you back your money in the form of Groupon bucks which is awesome to me because that just means I can spend it on something else in the app. Much better than having to wait 5-10 businesses days for a refund. 24-48 hours tops. (Including weekends)
