Lost a customer
The way Groupon is set up now you can accidentally hit buy and the money would automatically be taken from your account. That happened to me tonight. I put my phone down while looking on Groupon and when I picked it up I noticed something was purchased. I immediately reached out to "customer service" and was told there was nothing they could do to help me. Clearly it was a mistake. Are people not allowed to make them? I told them I dont even know how the order was placed. I simply put my phone down because I was doing something and they didnt care. Told me that I should have read the fine print. Why would I read the fine print when I had no intention on placing the order. Terrible customer service. Lost a customer.
