Easy to do business?

Leaving the country in 2 weeks. Purchased products on Groupon. Items delivered where not what I ordered. Now I have to take this to the nearest UPS store to return the wrong product I was sent and rebuy the item hoping that it will come correct before I leave. Shopping online is meant to be convenient not inconvenient.
